Inerie volcano would look very attractive if the weather is good, from a distance looks like a cone towering into the sky. Inerie volcano has a height of 2245 meters above sea level located in Bajawa area in Flores Island – Indonesia.
We fount the information about Inerie volcano had erupted in 1882 and 1905. Inerie often climbed by foreign tourists, usually they will start from Watu Meze village on the north side near Bajawa or if their want to pass a primitive village, they will start climbing from the south side, from Watu village. There they will start planning in Mbalata Beach Inn Cottage near Aimere, an inn that blends with the natural beach in the south Flores Indonesia.
To climb from Watu Meze village is approximately ten hours to go and back to the starting point, will be much longer about 12 hours if started climbing from the south side because it will pass a primitive village. The tribe living around Inerie foot area is Ngada tribe.
